Please contact to the information office of the residence you are interested in.

We will inform you room vacancies, the rent (dependant on type of the rooms), and the schedule of us to preview a room by phone calls, fax, or form papers.

¡How to Apply

We will be pleased to be registered after you have seen the room.

Let us know when you will be moving in and the type of the room you would like to stay. We accept your room requests 2 months before you move in.

There will be an occupancy review based on our company’s regulation and we ask you to FAX or to E-mail us the required documents.

*For foreign citizen, you will need a copy of your passport or residential card as an ID.


¡Occupancy Review

Our sales person will be contacting you with the review results. The occupancy review takes about 2 days after we received all of your documentations. Please allow us not to reveal the judgment of acceptance. We apologize, even if it'll be turned down.


¡Send Contract and Invoice

We will send you your leasing contract and invoice by E-mail, fax or postal mail to you to have them look. If there is any question, please contact your sales person.


¡Payment

Please choose the payment method.

œBank transfer (Please arrange payment indicated bank account by bank transfer prior to your moving-in.)

¡Contract

Please sign the contract and submit it prior to or upon your arrival.


¡Moving-in

After the contract has been signed and we have confirmed all of your payment, we'll take over your apartment's keys, then show you inside the property and your room.


¡Renewal

When you would like to renew the contract, you need to inform us two weeks prior to the last day of your contract. (It depends on the contracted period ,then 1 month notice will be required) We may turn down your request for renewal or ask you to change the room due to availability.  


¡Moving-out

When you would like to finish the contract, notice has to be two weeks prior to your last day of the contract. (It depends on the contract period where even one month notice may be required) On the check-out day, our staff will inspect your room. Please return the key to us after that. (This process takes about 5 min.) For that reason, please let us know your check out time one day in advance.


¡Cleaning Settlements

Please fill in your bank account information and signature on the “Statement of account form” and hand it for us when you are moving out.

In case of there are any unpaid rent or damages in the room, it will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining will be refunded. (in this case, we need you to sign for another settlement form)
